The Family Centre’s NDIS Support Coordination team assists you to understand and implement your NDIS plan with a focus on getting the best value from your plan budget to support your goals.
Many people find accessing services and negotiating service agreements challenging, and time consuming. This is when Support Coordination might be included in your plan.
Our Support Coordinators will help you connect with the service providers you decide are right for you. This can include NDIS, mainstream, and community services.
We assist you to negotiate and understand your service agreements, prepare for any plan reviews, and to meet your NDIS reporting requirements.
Our goal is to help you build your confidence and capacity to manage your own support arrangements independently. We do this by ensuring you are in the driver’s seat. Choice and control over your support options and arrangements always remains with you.
